Joan Roca, Head Chef at El Celler de Can Roca (Girona), is currently considered to be the best chef in the world. He studied cookery at the Escola d’Hosteleria de Girona and started out his professional career at his parents’ and grandparents’ restaurant. Later, he founded El Celler de Can Roca together with his brothers Josep and Jordi, which currently has three Michelin stars and is considered the best restaurant in the world.
